Y&G has an extensive range of items available to peruse in our Catalogue or Website, however, Size, colour, graphics, and logos can also be customised to suit your requirements.

- What type of Materials are used in the manufacture?
- Y&G wish to maintain a quality first reputation, therefore the best quality PVC material is utilised and with a flame retardant to meet the British standard (BS5852)

- Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
- Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.

- Can you design items especially for my requirements?
- Y&G’s enthusiastic answer is always YES WE CAN. Please simply send us details and a sketch or photo of your idea. Photoshop or Coredraw are preferable. Simply let your imagination go to work and we will do the rest.

- What is included with each product?
- Y&G products include all essential items for operation, storage, and maintenance of each item, including suitable size blower, travel and storage kit bag, basic repair glue kit, and ground sheet.

- Does Y&G offer a manufacturers guarantee with your products?
- With correct care all inflatables will offer many years of service.

- Are Blowers supplied with each item and do they meet CE/UL standards?
- Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

- What is your minimum order quantity?
- The minimum order quantity varies and depends upon the size and cost of the items ordered.

- How do I place an order for product/s?
- A 50% deposit is required for manufacturing to commence. Upon completion, digital photos will be sent for your confirmation. Shipping then will be arranged upon payment of the 50% balance.

- How long is the production time?
- Naturally the manufacturing time varies depending upon size, style and number of items required. The general production time is 6 to 15 days from order confirmation date. (excluding shipping time)

- Can you assist in shipping arrangements?
We can assist with all aspects of manufacture, from initial design, manufacture, through to complete shipping arrangements and delivery.
